退貨及退款政策
- Please have your online order number, order date, and the customer name ready when contacting us.
在与我们连络时,请您提供您的购买资料:网路购物号码、购买日期、订购人姓名
- We shall take the full responsibility for the lost parcels upon our team’s mistake. Otherwise, we will not be liable for lost parcel if the client makes the mistake.
若因我方的失误而造成订购者的包裹遗失,我方将全额退款给您。若因订购者的失误而造成包裹遗失,我方将无需承担任何退款责任。
- All returned items need to be reviewed and pre-approved by our Product Quality Control Team. The request is invalid if the item does not match the terms and conditions or fails to return within 30 days.
所有退货商品必须先经审核。若货品不符合退货条件,或未能在30天内完成退还程序,此要求将不被接受, 并敬请原谅。
- Please do NOT return ANY products without first contacting our sales department at starlife.sop@gmail.com. Any products shipped to us without pre-approval will not be return.
请勿在与我方的销售部门连络前,先行将产品寄回。欢迎您E-mail到 starlife.sop@gmail.com 询问。未经审核而自行寄回的产品,将无法受理您的退货要求。
- Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

- All online purchased items are non-refundable but exchangeable and make sure it match the terms and conditions.

- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Remain the product original packaging.

- You have 30 days to return the damaged items from the date you received it.
货品抵达的日期为准,您有30天的时间退还有问题的货品。
